Call to make sure that what you want is in stock. We can give you a much better hands on description over the phone or by e-mail. In the case of new strings, picks, and accessories, we always have good supplies on hand and can ship the same or next day. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, bank wire transfers, money orders and bank checks. While we do accept personnel checks, we wait for them to clear prior to shipment of your order. 

We ship everywhere, and will use the least expensive carrier. Shipping is extra unless agreed. 

When you receive your shipment, you have a 48 hours to approve it or return it for a full refund, less shipping cost. If you're returning an item to us, please repack it the same way you received it, and don't forget to insure it for it's full value. (please note: there is no approval period on layaway items, and we do not refund deposits on layaways.)

Selling or consigning an instrument to us

Call us and let us know what you have. We'll give you an approximate selling price for the item you have, and make an offer based on that. 

You can also consign your item to us. When we sell it, we send you a check for 80% of what we get, less the cost of any agreed upon repairs. We have great results selling quality items.

Repairs and restorations

We maintain a complete on premises repair and restoration service. There are few jobs we can't tackle. We are factory authorized repair for Fender, Martin, and Gibson. We currently perform restorations for numerous other shops such as Bernunzio Vintage Instruments, Garrett Park Guitars, Gary's Classic Guitars, and others. We have serviced equipment for Billy Sheehan,Taj Mahal, Talking Heads, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Ani Difranco, 10,000 Maniacs, Goo Goo Dolls, Melissa Etheridge, and many other top name artists. Some of our work appears in American Guitars by Tom Wheeler. We have over twenty years of experience, and all our works is guaranteed.
